Alpha Jackson is an Executive Consultant with over 15 years of experience in driving organizational impact in urban and suburban organizations.  From establishing and creating strategies and advancing staff competencies to optimizing cultural leadership, he leverages a wholistic approach to organizational development to assist non-profits and established organizations in maximizing services to communities whose mission is to serve humanity.


Mr. Jackson is the founder and chief consultant for Alpha Vision Consulting.  His career includes roles as Executive Director, Senior Advisor, and Early Childhood Expert at a variety of organizations dedicated to social causes including public reform, economic empowerment and change leadership.  As a strategic partner to early childhood education, he blends his passion for social empowerment for sound business expertise to help organizations make the world a better place.  His achievements have included igniting growth, bolstering program support, paving the way for successful mergers and multiplying grant funding.  As a champion for supporting staff in the workplace, Mr. Jackson has been featured in publications such as National Louis University's Leadership Connection monthly newsletter.  He has also engaged and inspired behavior change among large amounts of personnel.  Mr. Jackson has shared his expertise and collaborates with other capacity-builders to strengthen the public and private sector of business to build a positive climate.  Mr. Jackson has a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Development and Administration, and is a Head Start Johnson and Johnson Management Fellow from the University of California, Anderson School of Management - UCLA.  Mr. Jackson’s main focus is to support organizations and individuals to think strategically on how to always create winning outcomes. Mr. Jackson has created four leadership modules that give leaders, parents and everyday individuals coping strategies and skills to solve problems in and out of the workplace.  These models can be very significant for emerging leaders regardless of where they live or work.
